How do I order custom or personalized gifts?
Instructions can be found in the listing for each individual product. In most cases, personalized items will include a section for personalization notes.
If you forget to add notes before purchasing, do not worry! Just send us a message with your order number and we are more than happy to customize your order the way you intended!

NOTE: Please contact us or send an email to customerservice@geektechdepot.com within 1 hour of purchase if you would like to make any changes to your personalizations. If we have already began production of your customized item, we would not be able to accept additional requests.
Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
Most items are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom and personalized items can take up to 5 days to be processed.
Sales and Coupons
All sale and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please see our Return Policy for additional information regarding returns.
