Shipping & Delivery Policy


We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. We provide shipping from multiple shipping locations, including but not limited to the U.S. due to inventory warehousing logistics. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you.



Shipping time varies by location. 

Domestic delivery to anywhere in the USA: 1-4 business days. International delivery outside the USA: 10-15 business days. 

Factors out of our control (including but not limited to weather conditions, peak holiday seasons) may delay delivery.

For updates, please check your tracking number and/or contact your local post office.

IMPORTANT: Due to the current pandemic, packages may take an extra 1-2 days for your local post office to be delivered to you. Many locations are understaffed or closed, so packages may be re-routed to a different post office for delivery to you. All post office employees are doing their best to fulfill as many deliveries as they can. Rest assured your packages will arrive as quickly as possible.

HOLIDAY UPDATE: Orders may take up to 3 days to process due to the higher holiday traffic. If you need your order faster and/or processed right away, please choose the appropriate shipping method and email us at customerservice@geektechdepot.com with "URGENT" in the subject line. If you don't see your preferred shipping method, contact us before you make your order so we can work out the shipping method with you. Inquiry responses may take up to 36 hours but we'll work as fast as we can to ensure we get to your message in a timely fashion. Thank you all for understanding :)



We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you. International orders are subject to import, duties, and custom taxes. For more information on your country's custom policies, contact your local customs office.
